Q & A:
Jupiter Magazine Interview
Q1: What are the steps you take to ensure your clients of a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Custom Luxury Home?
A1: My primary mindset is making sure our clients are pleased before, during and after the construction process.
Before construction begins, I spend anywhere from 1-3 weeks discussing vision, costs and scheduling. The client(s) and I establish budget expectations and schedule personal milestone dates that become the priority for our team. We ensure daily quality control checks and provide the client with weekly progress updates. After move-in, client satisfaction remains a top priority, and ultimately this ensures long term trust. I believe this is why we enjoy 100% referral based business.
Q2: What would you say your advantages are over other builders in the area?
A2: I’ve had over 30 years of experience working as a General Contractor for the most successful construction companies in south Florida. As a direct result, I have strong relationships with subcontractors who also understand and can meet the demands of luxury custom home clients.
I would say another advantage that sets me apart are the critical skill-sets I bring to the table. I
focus on cost control, scheduling and quality control. Being on-site allows me to update the client on these matters.
Q3: I often get asked, what my typical project is like?
My clients often live in waterfront, golf course communities such as: Jupiter Island, Seminole Golf Club, Lost Tree Village, Frenchman’s Creek, 700 Ocean (Juno) and Manalapan.
A3: I typically work on high profile homes for private clients. Most recently I completed a 10,000sf oceanfront renovation but I also work on ground up projects for homes 6,000sf and larger. I surround myself with individuals and subcontractors I trust and know will deliver on these large projects. I'm passionate about the work I do and as a result, I feel that our one-of-a-kind custom luxury homes are evidence of the skills and expertise we apply to each project.
