Ken has over 30 years experience in a successful career of building high-profile residential and commercial construction projects, mostly in South Florida. Ken earned his undergraduate in Construction Management from the University of W. Florida, and a Master's Degree in Construction Engineering and Management. Over the course of his 30+ year career, Ken has been both Superintendent and Project manager, working in some of South Florida's most prestigious communities.

For the first half of his career, Ken had played significant roles in completing large scale commercial and Industrial construction projects ranging from $25M to $3B.
Ken, later incorporated into his construction & development portfolio, Large Scale Custom luxury estate homes as large as 65,000 square feet. Most of Ken’s larger residential projects are for private clients and celebrities residing in South Florida.


Ken currently surrounds himself with a team of individuals whom he trusts and is certain will deliver the highest quality work, adherence to schedule and budget on every Marshall Construction & Development project.
